About us - Love Like Jesse
The Love Like Jesse Foundation was created in memory of Jesse Lee Simpson (1994–2025)
A son, brother, and friend whose life was filled with humor, compassion, and love.
Jesse was known for his quick sarcasm, his ability to make others laugh, and his heart for people and animals, especially pitbulls. He often put others before himself, sacrificing his own happiness to make sure those around him were cared for. Though he sometimes felt like an outsider looking in, Jesse carried a deep desire for everyone to win — for no one to feel left out, unloved, or forgotten.
Our foundation exists to carry forward Jesse’s spirit by:
- Supporting animal rescue efforts with a focus on pitbulls and misunderstood breeds.
- Providing resources and community for people who feel like outsiders, so they know they belong.
- Spreading acts of kindness in everyday ways, reminding the world to love like Jesse did.
Through these efforts, we keep Jesse’s light alive, ensuring his legacy is one of compassion, laughter, and love that continues to ripple outward and change lives.
To love like Jesse means to live with humor, to care without conditions, and to make sure no one feels alone.
